By accessing and using Lingosing and associated services provided by Lingosing (“Services”), including, but not limited to accessing content or creating an account on the website www.lingosing.com, Lingosing material on social media (Facebook, Youtube), and streaming distribution services (Spotify, Apple Music, Google Podcasts), users agree to these general Terms of Service.
While using these Services, users agree to abide by all local and international laws and regulations, including laws and regulations relating to, but not limited to: copyright, privacy, freedom of expression, and hate speech.
Copyright
Content produced by Lingosing is protected by international copyright laws and may not be reproduced without the express permission of Lingosing, under the terms under which that permission is granted. Lingosing retains moral rights to attribution and non-defamation for use of such content.
Any third party content used by Lingosing is either in the public domain, or Lingosing has sought appropriate licensing or permission for use. Users agree not to reproduce third party content without express permission from copyright owners.
Privacy
Lingosing will only obtain the minimum amount of personal and identifiable information necessary to ensure the functioning of Lingosing’s products. At a minimum, users must provide an email address, a name, and a username.
Lingosing will not sell a user’s personal and identifiable information or use it for any other purpose.
Personal and identifiable information is secured through the WordPress using the Paid Memberships Pro plug-in.
In the case of a data breach, Lingosing will take all reasonable measures to inform users and authorities.
Lingosing will comply with the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia and the laws of the jurisdictions of its users.
Cancellation of membership

Following the cancellation of membership, users and former users may request Lingosing to delete all personal and identifiable data by sending a request to he***@li*******.com.
