Nursery rhymes that help children to learn a language are found in all cultures and traditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That makes sense, because research suggests our ancestors started singing before they started speaking<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, the nursery rhymes that exist are often artificial, and grammatically incorrect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our songs are designed to follow natural speech.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We want to expose children to language learning as early as possible<\/a>, because developing familiarity with a language will give them much more confidence later on (for example, learning the language at school)!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We know that music can help with learning<\/a>, by activating areas of the brain involved in movement, memory and emotion<\/a>, which speaking alone does not. It is even used to help people to learn to talk again<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through music, we want to make language learning fun, effortless, and accessible for kids (and adults)! <\/p>\n\n\n\n
